Programs

Everything a
scorer needs.

Skill on the court, strength in the gym, testing to prove it's working and a physio to keep you playing. Each program works on its own, and they work best together.

Basketball Training

Our basketball sessions run in small groups, with a maximum of six athletes on the court at any one time. Every player gets real coaching attention and plenty of reps rather than standing in a line waiting for a turn.

Sessions focus on the skills that carry straight into games: ball handling, shooting, finishing, footwork and competitive small-sided play where players have to use what they've learned against live defence.

Strength & Conditioning

The gym is where we build the athlete underneath the player. Programs are designed around what basketball demands: strength, power, speed, deceleration and resilience. Athletes jump higher, move faster, handle contact and stay on the floor all season.

Like the court, the gym is capped at six athletes at a time. Many members train both on the same day, so their physical and skill development work hand in hand.

Athletic Testing

We test because you can't improve what you don't measure. Athletic testing gives every athlete a clear picture of where they stand on key physical qualities like vertical jump, speed and power. It also gives our coaches what they need to write programs aimed at that athlete's needs.

Retesting over time shows exactly how far an athlete has come, and it keeps athlete and coach accountable to the plan.

Sports Physio & Rehab

With in-house sports physio, injuries are assessed and managed by someone who understands basketball and works alongside the coaching team.

Whether you're dealing with a niggle, coming back from a serious injury or trying to reduce injury risk, the physio and coaches work together so rehab flows straight back into training. That includes our structured 12-week knee rehab program for athletes coming back from knee injuries.

Tell us about the athlete and we'll recommend the right mix of court, gym and testing. Most people start with a session and a baseline test.
